Cancellation Policy

The Void Vintage Studio Booking Policy By booking The Vintage Studio at The Void, you agree to the following rules. Violations may result in additional charges, termination of your booking, or refusal of future bookings. General Rules 1. No open flames (candles, matches, incense, lighters, etc.). 2. No glitter, sequins, confetti, tulle, smoke, or fog machines. 3. No pets or animals. 4. No alcohol or drug use on premises, including the parking lot. 5. Studio doors must remain closed at all times. 6. Children must be supervised by an adult. 7. The entry PIN must not be shared outside your booking group. Noise & Conduct 1. Keep noise/music at a reasonable level out of respect for other businesses. 2. Models must be clothed outside the studio, including in hallways or bathrooms. A robe is provided. 3. Customers and guests must stay inside the Vintage Studio only. Other spaces are off-limits. 4. All equipment and belongings must remain inside the studio. Use of Furniture & Space 1. Furniture/equipment may be rearranged but must stay inside the studio. 2. At the end of the booking, return all items to their original placement. 3. Studio must be left in original condition. Remove trash and personal belongings. Damages & Cleaning 1. Customers are financially responsible for damage to furniture, fixtures, decorations, or the building. Many pieces are antique or one-of-a-kind. 2. A $150 cleaning fee applies if excessive cleanup is required, including spills, debris, stains, wall damage, or leftover glitter, feathers, or hair. Personal Belongings 1. The Void is not responsible for items left in the studio or building. 2. Staff may assist with retrieval, but The Void is not liable if items go missing. Booking Time & Fees 1. Entry is permitted only at the start of the booking; the studio must be vacated by the end time. 2. Early entry or late exit will incur fees of $2 per minute. Cancellations 1. Bookings may be canceled up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund. 2. Cancellations within 72 hours are at The Void’s discretion and must be requested directly with staff. Agreement By checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Booking Policy and accept responsibility for any damages, violations, or additional fees incurred during your booking.
