Weekends: $150

Half-Day Rental 
(6 Hours)

Full Day Rental 
(12 Hours)

Weekdays: $750

Event Space Hours: Monday through Sunday from 9 AM - 10 PM.
*Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.
Booking guests will be given an access code to enter the building at the reservation start time.

Frequently Asked

Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens?

Yes! Your event rental includes 50 fold-out black metal chairs, 10 tables, and 10 black tablecloths. However, you are welcome to bring your own linens if you would prefer.

Is AV equipment included?

AV equipment is not provided in our event space. However, we are happy to recommend vendors who can supply you with the equipment you need.

Do you provide food and/or beverage catering?

At this time, The Void does not offer any in-house food or beverage catering. However, you are welcome and encouraged to bring catering to your event. There is plenty of space!
