A Big Space for Bold Ideas.
The Garage Studio is a 1,700 square foot space designed with intention and flexibility in mind. It features epoxy-coated concrete floors, a black cinderblock wall, overhead string lighting, a wood-top bar, and a leather sofa paired with natural greenery, along with a full bay door that opens the room visually and physically. The layout is clean and open, allowing the space itself to set the tone.

The Garage works well for sessions that need space and flexibility. The large bay door allows vehicles to be brought inside for car and motorcycle shoots, while the open floorplan easily supports group sessions, family sessions, portraits, and other setups that benefit from room to move and reset.
What is the cost to book The Garage?
The Garage is available Monday through Thursday at a reduced rate of $50 per hour for bookings with 20 people or fewer. Any use outside of those days, hours, or attendance limits must be booked as a large event through our Event Space offerings.
What can The Garage be used for beyond photography?
In addition to photoshoots, the space can be used for fitness classes, yoga, paint nights, game nights, workshops, and other small-group gatherings that benefit from an open layout and minimal setup.
Is there space for wardrobe changes?
Yes. The Garage includes access to a private bathroom that can be used for wardrobe changes during your booking.
Is photography equipment included with the space?
No. The Garage does not include lighting equipment or paper roll backdrops. Renters should plan to bring any necessary photography gear with them.
Are there any restrictions when using The Garage?
Yes. To protect the space, the following are not permitted: open flames, smoke, glitter, sequins, confetti, drug use, or smoking of any kind.

Booking guests will be given an access code to enter the building at the reservation start time. Before the end of the reservation timeframe, all guests are required to return the Garage Studio to the state it was in before their session began. Additional costs will be incurred for any guests who have not vacated the studio by the end of the session reservation.
Please Note: If booking for more than one hour, you will need to add the applicable number of sessions to your cart. For example, to book the studio for 3 hours, add 3 individual one-hour sessions to your cart before checking out.
