Cancellation Policy

The Void – The Garage Booking Policy By booking The Garage at The Void, you agree to the following terms. Violations may result in additional fees, immediate termination of the booking, or refusal of future bookings. Availability & Rates • The Garage is available Monday–Thursday only. • The $50/hour rate applies to bookings with 20 people or fewer. • If attendance exceeds 20 people at any time, the renter will be charged the standard event rate of $100/hour for the entire booking. • Attendance is monitored via an onsite camera. General Rules • No open flames, glitter, confetti, smoke, fog machines, pets, alcohol, or drugs (including parking lot). • Garage doors must remain closed unless otherwise approved. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Entry PINs may not be shared. Noise & Access • Noise must remain at a reasonable level. • Guests must stay inside The Garage only. • No other areas of The Void may be accessed unless separately booked. • The upstairs portion of the building is strictly off-limits. • All equipment and belongings must remain inside The Garage. Furniture & Cleanup • Furniture may be rearranged but must remain in The Garage and be returned to original placement. • Space must be left in original condition with all trash removed. Vehicle Usage • Vehicles are permitted for photoshoots only and must be handled with extreme care. • Vehicles must be parked slowly; no spinning tires, revving engines, or honking. • Vehicles must be turned off immediately once positioned. • The bay door must remain open while vehicles are being parked to allow exhaust to exit. • Unsafe vehicle use may result in immediate removal. Damages & Cleaning • Renters are financially responsible for all damages to the space or contents. • A $150 cleaning fee applies if excessive cleanup is required. Personal Belongings • The Void is not responsible for lost or left items. Time & Fees • Entry is permitted only at the booking start time. • Space must be vacated by the end time. • Early entry or late exit is charged at $2 per minute. Cancellations • Full refunds are available for cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance. • Cancellations within 72 hours are at The Void’s discretion. Agreement By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy and responsibility for all fees, violations, or damages incurred.
